Detailed information about Modular Portable Cabin
Modular Portable Cabin — Perfect Solution for a Project
A modular portable cabin lets you start with one room and add more when you need them. You pay only for the space you need today. When your team grows or your work expands, you add a module — without rebuilding, without replacing, and without paying for space you were not yet using.
What “Modular” Means in a Portable Cabin — and Why It Matters
Most manufacturers in India use “modular” to describe how a cabin is built — panel by panel, in a factory. That describes almost every portable cabin on the market.
Here it means something different.
In system, modular means expandable. You start with a complete base unit — one room, fully built and ready to use. When you need more space, you add a second unit directly alongside the first. Your original structure stays exactly as it is.
This is not the same as buying a large cabin upfront and waiting to fill it. It is a system designed to grow only when you need it to.

A single modular portable cabin base unit — fully wired, LED-lit, and ready to use from day one. Add a module alongside when you are ready to expand.
How the Expansion System Works — Base Unit, Add-On Module, Connection
The base unit arrives at your site fully built — wired, fitted, and ready to use on day one.
When you decide to expand, the add-on module is built in our factory and delivered to your site. Our team connects it to the existing unit — side-by-side or end-to-end — using a structural connector frame. Interior access between the two units can be added with a door cut through in the shared wall, or the units can remain externally connected only.
The base unit does not need to be dismantled or structurally altered during expansion. Adding one module takes 2–3 days on site from delivery to completion.

Two modular portable cabin units after expansion — the base unit and add-on module connected side by side, ready in 2–3 days.
Base Unit Cost and What You Pay When You Add a Module
Base units start at 10×12 ft. Single-unit sizes go up to 20×20 ft.
Base unit pricing starts at Rs 1,95,000 depending on size and fittings. It arrives as a complete, ready-to-use structure — nothing more to build on site.
Each add-on module of equivalent size is typically priced at 80–90% of the base unit cost. Structural connection work is included in installation. Interior door cutthrough between units is optional and adds 1 day to on-site work.
Base unit lead time: 7–14 working days. Adding a module at a later date: 7–10 working days from your order.

Three Situations Where a Modular Cabin Is the Right Call
A modular cabin works best when your space needs are growing — but the exact timing is uncertain.
Growing team. You have 4 people today and expect 8–10 within the next 18 months. Start with a 10×20 ft base unit. Add the second module when you hit capacity — not before. You avoid paying for 200 sq ft of unused space for a year.
Phased campus. Schools, training centres, and clinics that need one operational room now and plan to add 2 more over the next year. Each module arrives when the phase starts — no idle structure sitting unused.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I add a module at any point after my base unit is installed, or only within a set timeframe?
You can add a module at any point after installation — there is no time limit or expiry. Most buyers expand within 6–24 months of the original delivery.
Does the base unit need to be modified when I attach a second module?
No. The base unit does not need to be dismantled or structurally altered. The add-on connects using an external frame, and interior access via a door cutthrough is optional — it adds 1 day to the on-site installation.
How many modules can I connect to one base unit?
Up to 3 additional modules can be connected in a linear layout to a single base unit. Beyond 3 units, team will assess the site layout and structural requirements before confirming the expansion plan.
What is the lead time if I decide to add a module several months after my base unit was delivered?
Lead time for an add-on module is 7–10 working days from your order date. You do not need to book it in advance — contact us when you are ready to expand and we will schedule production immediately.
