Detailed information about Small Portable Cabin
What 80 Square Feet Actually Gives You
Eighty square feet sounds tight. In practice, it covers more than most buyers expect — if you plan the layout before you order.

8×10 ft portable cabin showing practical space for a 2-person workspace with clean layout and natural surroundings
As a compact workspace, the 8×10 ft floor fits 2 desks facing opposite walls, 2 chairs, and a small cabinet between them. Two people can work all day without getting in each other’s way.
As a small shop or kiosk base, the space handles a front counter, 2 stools behind it, and a single display shelf on the back wall. A stationery counter, a bill payment kiosk, or a small flower shop can run from this footprint.
As a storage room with a worktable, shelving on two walls plus a 4-foot worktable still leaves a clear walkway from the door. That works for a tailoring unit, a small materials store, or an overflow room for a school or clinic.
The 8×10 unit also has a practical delivery advantage: it fits through a compound gate that is at least 10 ft wide. Many larger cabin sizes cannot be transported whole into constrained sites. This unit can.
Three Situations Where the Small Unit Is the Right Call

Small portable cabin designed for easy delivery and installation in tight industrial or site conditions
The small cabin is not the default — it is the right choice when one of the following is true for you.
You have a tight plot or a narrow access gate. If your compound entrance is under 12 ft wide, a larger unit cannot be delivered in one piece. The 8×10 ft footprint is designed to be placed in constrained locations where bigger cabins simply do not fit.
You need one extra room on your property without construction. Many homeowners, small clinics, and schools need a single additional room — not a permanent extension with foundation work and approvals. This cabin gives you a usable, waterproofed, and lockable room in 7–21 working days.
You are setting up a 2-person workspace on a fixed budget. At Rs 1,95,000, this is the base entry point for portable cabin range. If your team is 2 people and the space is limited, there is no reason to buy a larger unit you cannot fill.
If your requirement is a construction site specifically, see our small portacabin range — framed and finished for site conditions.
What the Standard Small Cabin Includes

Standard small cabin with insulated panels, sliding door, and comfortable internal environment
The 8×10 unit is built on a mild steel frame with insulated sandwich wall panels. The insulation keeps the interior 8–10°C cooler than outside during summer — relevant if your cabin sits in direct sun. Standard internal headroom is 7.5 ft, comfortable standing height with room for a ceiling fan.
Every unit comes with one lockable door (3×6.5 ft), one sliding window with mosquito mesh, and a basic electrical board with 2 light points and 2 socket points. That covers a fan, an LED light, a laptop, and a phone charger running simultaneously.
The floor is standard MS with a finish layer. External walls are painted with weather-resistant enamel. The roof is MS sheet with waterproof treatment.
What is not included at the base price: an air conditioner, additional windows, or a toilet. If you need a toilet as part of the unit, our portable cabin with toilet is purpose-designed for that combination, starting from 10×12 ft.
Entry-level portable cabin ready for delivery with complete factory-finished structure
The small portable cabin starts at Rs 1,95,000. That covers the complete unit: MS frame, insulated walls, roof, one door, one window, and the electrical board. AC units, extra windows, and custom exterior colours are priced as add-ons when you confirm your order.
Delivery is 7–21 working days from order confirmation and advance receipt.
After you send an enquiry, we ask three things: your site address, the access gate width, and when you need the cabin. We confirm delivery feasibility and send a final price within 2 working hours.
